Startkare provides a digital service that includes system access, configuration, and activation of a QR-based enquiry and booking platform.
As this is a digital service with instant access and activation, refunds are governed by the conditions stated in this policy.
2. Preview Before Activation
Startkare allows users to preview the platform before making a payment.
This preview enables users to understand how the system works before activation. We strongly recommend reviewing the preview carefully before proceeding with payment.
3. Refund Policy
Once payment is made and the service is activated:
- All payments are non-refundable
- No refunds are provided for partial use or non-use of the service
- No refunds are provided for change of mind after activation
This policy is in place because activation provides immediate access to the full digital service.
4. Cancellations
Users may choose to discontinue or stop using Startkare at any time.
However:
- Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund
- Previously paid fees will not be returned
- Service access may continue or be disabled at our discretion
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the user
- Technical error resulting in unsuccessful activation after payment
Any approved refund in such cases will be processed after verification.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider
