These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Startkare, including its website, platform, and related services.

Startkare is operated by Wassify Services. By accessing, registering, or using Startkare, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Overview

Startkare is a QR-based enquiry and booking system that enables businesses to:

• Collect customer enquiries through QR codes or links
• Receive alerts via Telegram
• Respond to customers using their existing WhatsApp account
• Manage enquiries through a dashboard

Startkare does not provide WhatsApp API services and does not replace any official messaging platforms.

2. Account Registration

To use Startkare, you must provide accurate and complete information during signup and onboarding.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Preview Mode

Startkare may allow users to access the platform in a preview mode before completing payment.

During preview mode:

• Certain features may be restricted or inactive
• Customer enquiry submissions may be limited or blocked
• Sample or dummy data may be displayed for demonstration purposes

Preview mode is provided solely to demonstrate functionality and does not represent an active service.

4. Activation & Payments

Startkare operates on a one-time setup fee model unless otherwise stated.

Upon successful payment:

• Your account will be activated
• Live enquiry submissions will be enabled
• Telegram alerts and WhatsApp response features will become active

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Startkare does not store your payment credentials.

5. Fees & Refunds

All fees paid to Startkare are for digital services and setup access.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Fees are non-refundable once the service is activated
• No recurring monthly or yearly charges apply

Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly communicated in writing.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use Startkare for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform
• Interfere with platform security or performance

You are solely responsible for the content and communications sent to your customers using Startkare.

7. Data & Privacy

Use of Startkare is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, and processed.

Customer enquiry data collected through your QR code belongs to your business and is used only to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Startkare available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally result in temporary interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startkare and Wassify Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Startkare does not guarantee business outcomes, lead conversion, or revenue results.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Startkare if these Terms are violated or if the service is misused.

Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked without refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of Startkare after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
